Chengdu an Ideal Place for Innovation & Entrepreneurship 平台打造 星星之火的燎原布局

Chengdu initiated its Entrepreneurship Tianfu Action Program in 2015 soon after China had launched the national Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative. One year later， the city has seen the registration of 249，000 new market entities， including 11，000 technology companies， with newly registered capital amounting to over RMB650 billion increasing by 103% year on year. It tops the central and western China in terms of number of new companies and amount of registered capital. In this year’s first half， there were 150，000 newly registered market entities （incl. 9168 technology companies）， increasing by 29.3% over the same period of a year ago.

In December 2015， the 2015 Chengdu Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair， the first one of its kind in China， was convened in Chengdu。 On June 24-26， 2016， about 1000 guests from 36 countries including the US， Germany， South Korea， Australia and Israel， and over 70，000 audiences attended the 2016 China （Chengdu） Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair.

So far， in the city there have been 193 spaces with a total area of more than 15 million square meters for innovation and entrepreneurship， of which 21 have been included into the national hi-tech business incubator system.

Jingrong Start-up Hub

Jinrong Start-up Hub is one of the major maker spaces in Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone， with the Sino-Korea Innovation and Startup Park as its core part. Covering an area of nearly 63，334 square meters， it focuses on industries involving mobile Internet， cloud computing， big data， 3D printing and Internet+.

Tianfu Jingrong Center

Located in Chengdu Tianfu New Area， the Tianfu Jingrong Center covers 1160，000 square meters and specializes primarily in IT， intelligent manufacturing and hi-tech service industries. Consisting of 3 zones， Zone A is centered on high technology， finance and Internet technology.

Jingrong Town

Located in Deyuan Town， Pixian County， the town is a state-level model for innovation and entrepreneurship. Up to now， covering 400，000 square meters， it has brought in 30 incubators， 1，098 projects and around 10，000 talents. Currently， the town is focusing on big data， intelligent manufacturing （UAV and robot）， Internet+， biomedicine and VR & AR.

MZQ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area

The Area was open in last October， and is operated with a “market-oriented+ government support” mode. Covering Sichuan University， Chinese Academies of Sciences Chengdu Branch， and Sichuan Conservatory of Music， the Area offers free office space， financing， and training and mentoring to entrepreneurs and innovators.

Smart City centering on Southwest Jiaotong University

Co-established by Jingniu District and Southwest Jiaotong University， the City， with the strong support of many scientific academies， a complete industrial chain and the National Laboratory for Rail Transportation， a world leading R & D center， is dedicated to rail transportation R & D and design.

Thinkzone

Located in the Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone， Thinkzone was recognized as the first state-level private hi-tech business incubator by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. To date， it has incubated over 1，000 hi-tech companies with an annual production value totaling RMB3 billion， among which 5 have gone public. In 2015， the Rongchuang Teahouse inside the zone became a national maker space.

平台打造 星星之火的燎原布局  

天府新谷

Thinkzone       

双创元年，紧随成都“创业天府”行动计划的启动，一年里，成都新登记各类市场主体24.9万户，其中包括1.1万户科技型企业；新增注册资本超过6500亿元，同比增长103%；新增企业数和注册资本数均位居中西部首位。而今年上半年，成都新登记各类市场主体15万户，同比增长29.3%；新增科技型企业9168家。

这是一座城市区域经济活力指数的直观呈现。2016年科技企业半年新增量，几乎接近去年全年总量。

同样的是2015的精彩，在2016更炽热地绽放——

2015年11月，2015成都全球创新创业交易会在蓉揭幕。这个在成都完成“从0到1”生动演绎的创新创业品牌，完成了一个“第一次”——它是全国首个全球性创新创业交易会。2016年6月24日—26日，2016中国·成都全球创新创业交易会获得国家、省、市的高度重视，吸引了来自美国、德国、韩国、澳大利亚、以色列等5大洲36个国家，多国驻华使节、国际著名学者、国际友城等嘉宾共1000余人参加，吸引了超过7万人次的观众参与，是2015创交会参加人数的7倍以上。

加快建设具有国际影响力的区域创新创业中心，成都已建成各类创新创业载体193家，总面积1503万平方米，其中21家众创空间已纳入国家科技企业孵化器体系。布局双创引领区、双创集聚区、双创特色区三类载体，全市初步形成的“3+M+N”众创空间格局，在城市创新创业版图设计的“一盘棋”之中，形成创新创业星星之火在蜀中燎原的扎根布局。

菁蓉国际广场 打造成都创业天府旗舰

菁蓉国际广场是成都高新区按照建设国家自主创新示范区，打造国际创新创业中心定位而建设的创新创业旗舰，也是中韩创新创业园的主要承载地。园区占地面积95亩，总建筑面积25.7万平方米，重点发展移动互联网、云计算、大数据、3D打印、“互联网+”等产业方向。

天府菁蓉中心 天府新区双创“高精尖”支撑

位于成都天府新区直管区内的天府菁蓉中心，总建筑面积116万平方米，着力发展新一代信息技术、智能制造、科技服务等现代高端产业。天府菁蓉中心共分为A、B、C3区(B、C区正在加紧建设中)，作为天府新区成都科学城近期建设的重要内容，天府菁蓉中心A区将努力打造成为以高科技产业、金融产业、互联网技术等为支撑的现代企业园区。

菁蓉小镇 “空心小镇”嬗变双创乐园

菁蓉小镇位于郫县德源镇，是依托县域优势资源、利用存量资产打造的国家级创新创业示范基地。经过一年多努力，已改造完成创新创业载体40万平方米，引进孵化器30家、创新创业项目1098个，聚集创新创业人才1万余人。目前，菁蓉小镇重点布局大数据、智能制造(无人机和机器人)、“互联网+”、生物医疗、VR&AR研发应用等产业，一个低成本、全要素、便利化、开放式的创新创业菁蓉小镇初见雏形，注入双创之力后，昔日的“空心小镇”重新焕发蓬勃生机。

磨子桥创新创业街区  创新创业成成都“街景”

武侯区磨子桥创新创业街区去年10月正式开街，通过实施“市场主导+政府扶持”的运营模式，以磨子桥广场为圆点，覆盖四川大学、中国科学院成都分院、四川音乐学院等区域，首批建设载体约2万平方米正式交付，创业者们只需要提交自己的计划就有机会入驻，街区提供免费的办公区域及科技金融、导师培训为其创业助力。

“环交大智慧城”由金牛区与西南交大合作共建，首个核心项目——环交大菁蓉创业谷正式开街，具备打造以轨道交通研发、设计为特色的环高校智慧经济圈的坚实基础和比较优势，片区科研院所众多，产业链条完整，拥有国内一流世界领先的研发基地和研究平台——西南交大轨道交通实验室，致力于打造轨道交通城市名片。

天府新谷 “国际风、成都味”创业社区

天府新谷位于中国西部首个国家级自主创新示范区成都高新区核心腹地，被科技部认定为中国第一家民营国家级科技企业孵化器，眼下正全力打造“国际风、成都味”创业社区。天府新谷已累计培育孵化科技企业逾千家，孵化出5家上市公司，毕业企业超过300家，每年孵化企业产值30亿元。2015年，天府新谷孵化的众创空间“蓉创茶馆”跻身首批国家级众创空间，打造形成国内“北有创业咖啡，南有创业茶馆”的创新创业格局。
